Cancellations Policy:
It is normal to have things arise that require clients to occasionally postpone or cancel sessions. In such instances, KAMS Health & Fitness implements the following cancellation policy:

The KAMS client cancellation policy states that clients who cancel a session more than 12 hours before its commencement time will not be charged for that session. More than 6 hours but less than 12 hours notice attracts a 25% cancellation fee. More than 2 hours but less than 6 hours attracts a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 2 hours notice and a full fee will be charged.

KAMS Detox Money Back Guarantee:
Clients who do not achieve improvement through measureable results upon completion of the program are entitled to a full refund. Improvement is seen as either weight loss, reduction in body fat percentage or reduction in any of 3 girth measurements. It is understood that this refund policy applies only to those clients who complete the program wholly following all of the guidelines as outlaid by KAMS staff.

Client Pre-Screen Policy:
All clients must complete a KAMS Pre-Screening form prior to the commencement of any activity. Clients who present with any contra-indicators as stated on the form may require medical approval before being allowed to participate in any KAMS activity.

Child Protection Policy for Minors:
Prior to commencement of any KAMS activity, all minors must have their parent or legal guardian complete the ATHelite Pre-Screen form in full including the consent to use photographs section. KAMS maintains working with children background checks on its employees.

Expiry of Sessions and Refunds for Unused Sessions:
All personal and group training single and 12 session packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. In the case of gift certificates, expiry is 12 months from certificate date or 6 months from first session taken whichever falls first.

Promotional certificates are individually expiry dated.
Unused sessions may not be transferred to 3rd parties, nor are refunds given. Special allowances may be considered under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of KAMS Health & Fitness management.
