Group Fitness Training

FUNFIT Boxing:
From beginners to super heavyweight titleholders, FUNFIT Boxing will tone your arms and abs, work the thighs and butts and take you to new levels of cardio fitness.
With focus shifting from upper to lower body, strength and toning to cardio, FUNFIT Boxing is the ultimate all round group exercise for all ability levels.
Beginners are catered for in a supportive group environment, whilst more advanced participants are pushed right to their limits.
FUNFIT Boxing runs on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15-7:15am with a mix of indoor and outdoor sessions (weather permitting).

KAMS BOOTCAMP:
Suited to everyone from the basic trainer to the toughest Commando, BOOTCAMP sessions involve agility runs, boxing, push ups, core stability and development, muscle tone and cardio endurance development plus much more!
A typical 70kg person will burn up to a massive 3890 kilojoules per session!
Held on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30-7:30am, outdoors, all year. (“It’s BOOTCAMP…not Fairycamp”).

Pilates:
A new edition to the KAMS program in 2009.
Developed in the 1920’s by fitness icon Joseph Pilates, combining all of Joseph’s experience as a Yoga teacher, Martial Arts expert and Zen meditation master, Pilates is still considered one of the world’s most effective strengthening, toning and weight loss programs.
Led by KAMS internationally qualified instructor, Gretta, you will start to notice a change in your body in just the first few sessions.
Join us for Pilates on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm.

Pre and Post Natal Pilates:
Specialist Pilates training for those who are pre-natal or are just post-partum. Maintain your core strength while pregnant and regain your strength, shape (and pelvic floor!) post partum.
Starting in May, 2009, session times to be advised.

Personal Fitness Training:

Exercise Science, Nutrition and Injury Rehabilitation:
Registered as an Exercise Scientist with the Australian Association of Exercise and Sports Science, Kam delivers specialist programs including Postural Analysis, Body Sculpting programs, Nutritional Analysis and Injury Rehabilitation programs.
Working alongside Physiotherapists and allied health professionals as well as Personal Injury Insurance companies, our rehabilitation programs are designed to restore pain-free function as soon as practical.
